WHAT WE DO
Personal Care Assistance (PCA) is available for children 21 years of age and younger who cannot live independently, safely, or effectively to tend to their individual personal care. Assistance with activities of personal care include the following: bathing., dressing, eating, and other activities of daily living. For children approved o receive PERSONAL CARE services from CRN, our focus is to assist the parents or caregivers when they are unable to perform these functions alone.
Companion Services are provided to adults who need special help with activities of daily living, including supervision, socialization, outdoor activities, and appointments. Our companions also assist in meal preparation, light housekeeping, and shopping.
In-home support offers 2 to 24 hours-per-day assistance to adults living independently from the family home. This service aids clients in home care, socialization, cooking, meal planning, supervision, and other activities of daily living. For consumers who are approaching a more independent living phase, our in-home support services can be used for skill building and learning while they are still with their families.
****Please note that participation in the Developmental Disabilities Waiver program allows for these services to be provided ONLY to clients being served under the waiver.****
Transportation is our signature service, receiving the highest mark of satisfaction. We provide door-to-door service from home to Special Populations, LARC, CRN, Sunrise, and Opportunity Services. Currently, we offer this prompt, dependable service to consumers throughout Lee and Collier counties. We strive to eliminate any lengthy travel and we operate the newest and safest fleet of vehicles in the district.
Our consumers' caregivers need and deserve time to relax, vacation, or catch up on errands. We offer limited and intermittent long-term respite in their homes so they can take a break, confident that their family member is in good hands during their absence.
